Returns Policy

Of course, every product we stock must meet the highest standards and is rigorously checked before being sent out to you. But if, for any reason, you need to return a product, we will ensure the whole process is as simple and speedy as possible.

FAULTY / DAMAGED PRODUCTS RETURN

If you have received a faulty or damaged product(s), please save original packaging, and immediately contact our customer service for assistance at (800) 567-6849 during our business hours Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST.

Please List the Product(s) You Are Returning, the Reason for the Return, Your Name, Your Email Address, Phone Number, and the Order Number. Repack product(s) in the original packaging and ship via regular mail, regular ground UPS or regular ground FedEx. Do Not Ship via expedited delivery such as Express Mail, UPS, FedEx second day or overnight delivery.

We cannot be held responsible for any undelivered items. Your return will be processed within 14 days of receipt, when our customer service will contact you directly regarding the issue of either a refund or exchange. Please allow a further 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
