Shipping Methods

We offer FedEx Ground, FedEx 2 or 3 Business Day, and FedEx Overnight. Available shipping options and shipping quotes are displayed during the Shipping Method section during checkout. Orders that qualify for Free Shipping will be shipped via FedEx Ground, unless otherwise deemed appropriate.

We currently only ship to addresses within the 50 United States. We do NOT currently offer an expedited Saturday delivery option. Available Shipping Options

Second-business-day delivery by 10:30 a.m. to businesses and by noon to residences and rural areas

Available to most ZIP codes in the U.S. (Hawaii outbound only)

Second-business-day delivery by 4:30 p.m. to most areas (by 8:00 p.m. to residences)

Delivery in 3 business days for certain shipments to Alaska and Hawaii

Available to most ZIP codes in the U.S. except intra-Hawaii

FedEx Express Saver

Third-business-day delivery by 4:30 p.m. to most areas (8:00 p.m. to residences)

Available to most ZIP codes in the contiguous U.S.; not available in Alaska and Hawaii

Delivery first thing the next-business-day morning by 8:00, 8:30, 9:00 or 9:30 a.m. to most areas and by 10:00, 11:00 a.m. or 2:00 p.m. to extended areas

Next-business-day delivery by 10:30 a.m. to most businesses and by noon, 4:30 or 5:00p.m. to residences and some rural areas

Delivery the next business day in the afternoon by 4:30 p.m. (by 8:00 p.m. to residences)

Shipping Timeline

Most orders ship within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday) after your order has been placed. Once your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method you selected during checkout and the location of your shipping address.

Shipping Exceptions and Restrictions

We make our best effort to meet the timing requested for delivery. However, if the requested timing is not met, the customer’s remedies are limited to the guarantee provided by FedEx, a refund of freight charges, and or the opportunity to return the purchased items subject to our Return Policy.

• Weather related shipping delays are not within the control of E-Valance.com and may delay orders.
• Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday-Friday) excluding federal holidays.
• Please allow 1-3 business days processing before your order is shipped.
• Some Oversized items may have additional delivery costs and times and must be shipped by freight.
• Some flammable or aerosol items may be restricted to Ground shipping methods only.
• Orders being shipped to Hawaii and Alaska may have longer transit times.
• Shipments to P.O. Boxes are not acceptable.

At the time your order is shipped, you will receive a Ship Notification email. A link is provided in this notification that you can use to track the delivery of your order. We suggest that you save this email until your order is fully received. You can also track your order on the FedEx website.
